  • Authorized Towing Partner: We share vehicle information (license plate, make, model, color), permit status, and property location with our authorized towing partners solely for parking enforcement purposes.

  • Property Management: Property managers have access to permit information and resident data for properties they manage.

  • Mailgun: Our email service provider receives email addresses to deliver transactional emails such as permit confirmations and expiration reminders.

  • PostHog: We use PostHog for in-application analytics. Personal information is sanitized and removed before analytics data is processed.

  • Keycloak: Our authentication provider manages user login credentials for resident accounts.

 

We Do NOT:

  • Sell your personal information to third parties

  • Share your data for third-party advertising purposes

  • Provide your information to data brokers
